Lulled by Latin American and Iberian song, introduced to a wide range of musical styles – classical training, early music and jazz – but also influenced by psychedelic rock, flamenco and traditional music, Rebecca Roger Cruz is now building her personal musical universe on a more timeless thread. Connected to dance, theatre, poetry and film, she has brought together four exceptional musicians for this project, which bears her name, to fully express her artistic personality in a universe free of labels. Luminous, deep, intimate or passionate, she sees the voice as an instrument in continuous development, where sincerity is the only way to play.

Widely acclaimed for her work with the bands Parranda la Cruz and MAAAR, Rebecca Roger Cruz is presenting her debut album, due for release on the Airfono label on 7 March 2025. A project co-produced by the Opéra de Lyon, Les Détours de Babel, Les Suds à Arles, La Cité de la Musique de Marseille and the Théâtre Durance, Scène Nationale.
